and I will be happy to take your order. When ordering by email, please be sure to include the name of the item you would like to order
and the pattern name. Upon receipt of your email order I
will send you a confirmation email acknowledging the order placement.
Method of payment
I accept
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express or Pay Pal. You can also pay by money
order or personal check but, please note, merchandise will be held
until the check clears. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars. If
paying by check or money order please make payable to Sharon L. Gaffney.
Shipping
Since most of our merchandise is made to order please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery,
especially for furniture. Certain items are available sooner. Feel free
to ask for an estimated delivery time.
Shipping is based on the weight of the
item you purchase. We ship via FedEx Ground, USPS or UPS.

websites and go to their rate calculators. Enter in the following information on the rate calculator:

You will then receive estimated shipping costs. * Please do note
that this is an estimate as each package varies according to the weight of
the package and the size of the package.
Or, just email me your zip code and I'll be happy
to give you an estimate. The actual cost for
shipping and insurance will be added to your bill.
It's that

Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with an item
please let me know within 21 days and we will accept your return of
the item, no questions asked. (Well, at least not many.)
Damaged Merchandise
We work very hard at packaging your order so it will not break or be
damaged but sometimes accidents do happen. Please note any damage to the box before opening and save the
packaging. If an item is damaged, even if the box is not, please
notify me immediately. Every item we ship is insured (you pay
for this) but claims must be filed quickly. If the time to file
expires you will be solely responsible for any costs for repair or
replacement of the item as well as shipping.
Discounts
A 10% discount is offered to repeat customers.
